Master bedroom and bathroom available in a two bed, two bath apartment. There is a big kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry, and porch. The complex has two pools, a hot tub, tennis court, and private gym. Just west of the Tampa airport, there is very easy freeway access to downtown Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater.

I would be the only roommate you would have! I’m a student, polite, clean, and generally stick to myself. I have a 7 year old rescue pitbull that is super sweet with people! Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.
