The apartment building is in the middle of downtown Cleveland, right by Playhouse Square. In the building there is a workout facility, tanning bed and sauna that you can use whenever. There is a washing machine and dryer included in the room. You can connect to Cleveland states WiFi. I need somebody to take my place in my apartment because I cannot afford to live there anymore because of certain circumstances . I live with 3 other girls (2 play soccer for Cleveland state) but my roommates were never really home. Parking on the street is free on the weekends and parking through the apartment is an extra $175! Or if you plan on going to Cleveland state you can get a semester parking pass through the school. My lease ends in Aug, so if you wanted to stay in the apartment until then you could do so, or if you even wanted to stay there for just four months or so and find somewhere else you could do that as well! You will have to go through a background check before moving in.
