Hi! The house is located in a quiet corner of a townhome neighborhood. There are trails next to the house and the grocery store, liquor store, and restaurant are within walking distance. The house is 3 stories. The basement is the family room area, full bath, laundry room, craft room, and storage. There is also a gated backyard with sitting areas. The main level has an open kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and half bath. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one full bath, and one master bath. The whole house (minus the craft room and my room) is open to use. Besides your room, everything is furnished and all kitchen ware and appliances are open to using as well!

My name is Sarah, I’m 30 and work a full-time job in Ellicott City so I’m usually gone from 8am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri. On the weekends I work in Baltimore too. I also own my own marketing business, take online classes, I keep pretty busy but still like to have fun :) This house is alcohol and cannabis-friendly, just not the party house version lol I also have a very friendly chill cat, and three dogs. My dogs are very friendly and maybe overly loving. They are all rescues and mixes. I am looking for 2 roommates, as I have two rooms available so I don’t have info on all the roomies just yet.
