Sublet for 3 months! This is a 2d floor apartment in Pilsen, on Paulina just 1 block from West 18th Street, the main Pilsen Street running East/West! I moved in on November 7, so I have already been here for 6 weeks - so far so great! I have a couch, large chair, 2 queen-sized beds. There are South-facing and East-facing big bay and normal big windows - there are 11 windows total and really great light, even during the winter! There is a large spacious kitchen area. There is a clean, roomy bathroom with tub & shower. Tile is in the kitchen, living room, hallway, and bathroom and clean carpet in both bedrooms. The two rooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so there is good privacy. There are 2 big open living spaces, the kitchen area & the living room area. The apartment is on a dead-end street, so not much traffic noise at all. Tamales sold on the street just below our window! Coffee shops are super close, all the art that Pilsen has to offer, small and cozy and quaint and large restaurants, and many parks are in easy walking distance in many directions!

I just moved into this bright, high-ceiling, 2-bedroom apartment that I hope to share/sublet in Pilsen. My upcoming job will have me leaving for a large amount of time, so I will be out of town quite a bit. That means I am looking for someone who wants a respectful roommate sometimes/rarely, and a place all for yourself the majority of the time. I am easy-going, I have a lot of life experiences which I enjoy sharing, I enjoy quiet, yet am also curious about many things. I speak pretty good Spanish & Portuguese, am very interested and not bad with French. I have a very active life, yet, I would love to build a place where two people are moving forward respectfully in their own ways, too. I like communication, and do best with people who like to sit down and work things out, on almost all subjects! Let me know what you are thinking, let’s work something out. The apartment complex has about 13 other residents - quiet, safe, easy access to everything Pilsen with Pink Line a 3-minute walk away from our front door. I had about 10 people show interest in the place, and 2 lead to longer discussions - the last couple dropped out unexpectedly! We are all looking for something special, for sure.
