• I pay utilities including internet, sewage, electric, gas, etc.
• Free coffee and laundry detergent as long as it’s used reasonably (will set a limit).
• 100 Mbps internet, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YoutubeTV.

The house and neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. It’s close to just about everything, including Wright Pat, Wright University, Dayton University, The Greene, and The Mall at Fairfield Commons. The house is very big (3500 sq ft) with a huge kitchen and living room. It’s a two-story, four bedroom home with two and half bathrooms.

Me: I just moved here from Washington D.C (6 months), Hawaii (3 years), and Pittsburgh before that (grew up here). I’m work as a data scientist/Python developer and like sports, video games, and traveling. Roomates: I have 3 rooms available, and all of them are currently being rented out on Airbnb. However, I would like to transition to a long term rental for all of the rooms eventually should I find the right roommates. I would be more than happy to let my roommates have input on who the other roommates are, to help create a good community of friends. The house is extremely large, so there is a lot of space to accommodate several people.
