Room for Rent. House on West side of St. Helena, borders vineyard, gardens. Furnished, comfortable, clean house. Hall bath is your space, shared with occasional guests and occasionally another short term tenant. Housekeeping - cleaning is bi-weekly, not weekly included. Help with dishes, garbage out and kitchen sorts of things, and you do your own laundry, keep room and bathroom tidy. Room Rent Includes - towels, sheets and comforter, water, gardeners, garbage, PGE, AC/Heat, high-speed WiFi Internet, W/D, furnished home and equipped kitchen, a TV - but no programming - cast your own. I include standard supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, household cleaning supplies, dishwasher and kitchen cleaning supplies, shared food items like spices, oils, basic condiments so we don’t fill the fridge with duplicates, long term non-perishable items. No storage, no garage, no pets, no kids or live-in mates. Looking for light mannered, high minded, whole human, fun, no drama who’s busy and working. Must have good hygiene. No TOBACCO smoking on property inside or out. Cannabis outside. No cologne’s or scented candles or scented laundry items. Spa & Gym a mile away, fee not included in room. Your room is private, two doors of separation. Downtown St. Helena and Restaurants a mile away. Welcome! Deposit is refundable if you leave the property as nice or better than when you came.

I’m currently working from home. Expectations: you work off property most day hours, house kept picked-up and put away, it’s cozy. We have a festie vibe with a bit of fringe, no judgement.
