Charlie's room

I have a room available with a shared bathroom. Home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with regular patrol and security cameras. Huge park in neighborhood with pool and cool neighbors. The garage is a small gym that you are free to use anytime. There is also a room with an ensuite then you can ask me about that will be available.

The tenants are pretty reserved and work during the week. They don’t smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t. They are working professionals and are pretty busy most of the day, so its pretty quite but are pretty social on their free time. Room comes fully furnished.
