New Construction Home in a new neighborhood. Close to the Otay ranch mall, shopping centers, restaurants, and the 125 highway. In unit front loading washer and dryer. Shared common spaces. (kitchen, dining, living, and balcony).

My husband (27) and I (25) are renting out our extra bedroom to someone who is in the same age range as us. We are First time parents to a beautiful 3 month old girl and on weekends my brother (21) comes to visit us. We work Monday-Friday from really early in the morning to mid day. I am in the navy and so is my brother. We are easy going people who like to have the occasional gathering but for the most part we are pretty introverted and we do not get out much. We already have a dog and a cat and our HOA states we can only have 2 animals in our house. So pets are non negotiable.
