Looking for someone interested in taking over the remainder of my lease from March 1st - August 4th. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with walk-in closets and in unit washer and dryer. Located in Uptown, with walking distance from Capitol Hill and/or Downtown. It is surrounded by great restaurants.

The second room is already occupied and roommate has a dog, interested people must be dog friendly. Roommate is friendly, responsible, clean, and outgoing. You will be able to meet her if you wish to schedule a walk-through with me.

Utilities are not included and parking is available for $25 with direct access to the third floor. Room will be available for move in starting March 1st, 2018 or possibly sooner, if needed.

You would be responsible for an application to my apartment complex. The application includes a screening by the apartment complex.

**Room will not be furnished unless you wish to purchase some of the already existing furniture.
