There’s been no TV for years here because no one needed it! Though one can always install it if he/she needs it.

• the room will be completely empty.

• a window looking in a small well yard. The room in not very sunny.

The 2 Roomates Are:

• 67 yr old male, part-time employed. At home a lot of time. Speaks English - second language, Russian - first language.
• 60 yr old male, employed. Speaks English.
