Indiana Street

Heat, electric and internet included. We are looking for a roomie at our house, walking distance to the Metra, not far from grocery shopping at 211th and Western. The house has 1.5 bathrooms that we share, a shared kitchen, and washer/dryer in the basement. There is street parking right in front of the house.

The photo shows the unfurnished corner room, about 9x11. It has two windows that let in plenty of natural light. You can fit a slim queen bed set and small dresser, more furniture if you have a smaller bed.

Currently looking for only 1 roommate, but may seek a second in the future. We do have some furniture in our basement, if you’d like to make an agreement to use it or to stay in the basement instead.

I am a mature Christian woman (on the right), my adult daughters visit frequently (Lilly, on the left). I am semi-retired. I was an early childhood teacher and sometimes work as a substitute. I try to keep a neat home, but nothing fancy.
