Small, cute, older house in the lower Rattlesnake, well maintained. I’ve got some furniture in the shared living spaces (kitchen/dining room, living room), but there’s room for someone else’s furniture too. I also have a spare mattress if that’s of use. Driveway and street parking are available. There’s a cute little fenced in backyard which abuts a steep hill, so we do have to be wary of black bear activity. Unfortunately, the landlord has stipulated no pets. :( There’s a washer and dryer in the basement, and a small dishwasher in the kitchen. Fridge/freezer/microwave/stove/oven. Heat; no air conditioning, but unit(s) could be installed. The initial lease period is one year. Utilities aren’t included in the rent price. I’ve got Wifi set up. It’s a nice, pretty, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes’ drive from downtown and very close to walking/hiking opportunities. The landlords require references and a credit score check.

I’m a single 28-year-old female who just moved back to Missoula after leaving for college and then hopping around a bit from place to place. I work at the beautiful new library downtown. I’m fully vaccinated and would like my roommate to be too. I’m generally pretty quiet and low-key. I’m not naturally super organized, but I tend to keep common areas fairly tidy, and basic cleanliness is important to me. I do like to have friends over from time to time, for movie night/game night/dinner party/whatever, and of course I’m fine with a roommate having occasional guests as well. It’d be a non-smoking household. (Edibles are your own prerogative.) I don’t need a roommate to be my best friend, but obviously I’d like us to get along! My ideal roommate would be someone in their 20s or 30s, preferably female (though I’m open to nonbinary or even male if it’s a good fit). Grad students welcome. Message me if you’re interested!
