Washer/dryer, and garage parking available. There’s a fireplace both downstairs and in the bedroom. Living room with tv available for use. No cable but you can stream from most services. Neighborhood has a small pool as well as a river dock available. Groceries, movie theater, restaurants, gyms, and more close by. Downtown is a 5 min drive away.

Couples pay $1600.

Electricity not included.

Room will not be furnished, however if you’re interested in the furniture pictured, my soon to be former roommate may be willing to sell them to you.

Month to month lease. $1700 refundable deposit and review by realty agency required.

I’m 29 years old, work a 9-5, work from home 2x a week. I enjoy being a homebody but I typically go out at least every other weekend. At home I usually stay in my room watching tv or working on music (headphones on). I enjoy going to the gym, making music (hip hop and electronic), hiking, and going to concerts.

Roommate must be clean and must enjoy a relaxed environment. Having people over is cool as long they’re not constantly here and there’s a party every weekend. I occasionally have friends over on saturdays but I’ll always give you a heads up before they come over, I expect the same in return. Bonus points for those who are socially conscious or are musicians.
