I am looking for 1 roommate/tenant for a house in Roxborough. Looking for people similar age range. Technically, it is Roxborough, but it is a 7 minute walk to Main Street. It is a beautiful large corner house. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first floor is spacious with a semi open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom with a half bath. I really don’t think the pictures do it justice. There is a private back patio perfect for grilling. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom. There are also two two year old cats who live in the house. They are absolutely the best. Cleaning crew comes once a month.
A little about us. I am a teacher’s assistant in an elementary school. I am 35 years old and I love to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m always picking up new hobbies. Some of them include woodworking (I’ve made some of the furniture and art), cooking, painting, and gardening. The other roommate is 27 year old male, who works as a therapist, and enjoys biking. We’d love a roommate who could introduce us to new hobbies. We also enjoy working out, playing sports, reading, yoga, hiking, trying new restaurants, and trying fun activities. We are both very respectful, kind, and keep the house clean.
I’ve been fortunate to become friends with all of my previous tenants, and am looking for another good fit.
