This is a 2-story home that is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. This private furnished bedroom and bathroom is located upstairs and no one else will be living upstairs. This furnished bedroom includes mini frig, microwave, smart TV, paid Stream Channel and wireless network. All utilities and laundry facilities included. Basically, you would be living upstairs and I would be living downstairs. Also included is a cleaning service twice a month and pest control service every 3 months.. Security system with a private alarm code is given. This is a very quiet environment and contact with me will be minimal. I work and go to school. I am looking for a professional that wants a nice, quiet place to come home to after work. Please no overnight guests or parties. Beautiful area.
