About the roomies
Hello! I am reposting this room. My current apartment mate will moving out the end of February or mid-March, depending on when you are able to move in. The rent will be prorated based on this. Here are the things I am looking/hoping for in a potential apartment mate: • Prefer female in late 20’s/early 30’s. • I try to live my life in a way that considers the environment. I hope for someone who also does or is at least open to it! • Someone who is willing to help me create a safe and welcoming space • Someone who is emotionally aware/ open to growing in emotional intelligence • Values connection and independent space • Respectful of common spaces & prefers things clean & tidy A few things about me: • I am a teacher who will be working outside of the home 8-5 • I have an old adorable cat named Pumpkin, so must enjoy cats! (not looking for a second cat) • I sing, play guitar/piano and write songs during reasonable hours (I picture quieting down by 9 on weekdays, 10 on weekends, but can be flexible based on your sleep/relax schedule)
