I am the Original owner….. very well maintained home. we like to have a house cleaner come in once a month it cost $50 each …..All new flooring, HVAC, paint inside and out, New kitchen, NEW WASHER/DRYER Laundry, shared refrigerator. with other renter and Walk in Pantry area also shared. Inviting backyard. Built in Bbq area, firepits and heaters.. all utilities included and WiFi /Cable also included . You supply your own toiletries (soap, toilet paper laundry soap etc) and Kitchen items, pots n pans…. Must love dogs 🐶 🐶 both are hypoallergenic. but cannot have any more pets. Please don’t ask. Now for the NO’s - 🙁🙁NO GARAGE USE. Street parking only, NO drugs, NO major drinkers , NO partying, NO overnight guests. Please understand ad before contacting me… Thank you in advance. Me and my pups and one very quiet additional renter! Very quiet home. Except the occasional bark lol 🐶😊I am very kicked back and hope the same in a roommate. I am the original owner and take great pride in my home.. beautifully decorated.. your bathroom bathtub/shower has been re-glazed just like new., Granite Counter tops all furniture is brand new..Hope you like it😀
