Overland Drive

I have a four-bedroom and looking to rent out 2 of the rooms for anyone that’s going to school and working like me. 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. (the rooms are not big) I have a garage and a full kitchen. I am currently painting and renovating it. It will be ready by Halloween.

right now it’s just me. I’m hoping to have my teenage son move in at some point. I’m a manager at a local bar and spend 70 hours a week at work. I’m very clean and don’t smoke or do drugs. I expect my roommates to be the same way. No obligations. Month to month, leave anytime or stay as long as u like.
