I have two friendly / playful, well behaved cats. Unfortunately 2 pets are the max. Gym, pool, free Starbucks coffee, pool table and business center available. Extra storage space is available at an additional cost. Apartment on first floor. Laundry in apartment. Includes utilities, all kitchenware and appliances available for use. You have your own section in pantry, half of the freezer and a decent amount of refrigerator space. I keep the living / kitchen area clean, dishwasher is typically empty for dirty dishes, when full I’ll run it and put them away. Pool & Gym onsite. Move in date: March 1, 2024.

I tend to keep everything neat, I live an active and healthy life style, often work from home or on the go. The living area is an open creative space If you enjoy crafts, co-working, and productive activities this would be perfect for you. I am a homebody, usually in my room or working on something if I’m not working or at the gym.

Best match: Short or long term welcome with a 90 day notice. Non smoker, does not have room smelling like pot, doesn’t have multiple different random strangers over-I enjoy my privacy and do not wish to have it disturbed or feel uncomfortable with strangers coming and going. I am pretty laid back and quiet most of the time. Preferably someone who cleans up after themselves, positive energy, and respects what is provided.

Cameras are in common area space for each other’s safety, as well as I do have an assistant by often to helps with office tasks.
