I’m looking for a female roommate to share this beautiful home between Koreatown and Hollywood. This is a living room converted into a bedroom. It’s spacious with high ceiling and hardwood floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertop furnished with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom has bathtub and a strong shower. Street parking is available and free.
Our area is a PRIME LOCATION, it’s 2 blocks from Vermont/Beverly subway station, Jollibee, Seafood City, Ralphs, Vons, RiteAid and Koreatown.There are tons of places to eat around the neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to Hollywood, Silverlake, The Grove Mall, Farmer’s Market and Downtown LA. The 101 Freeway is only 3 blocks away.
RENT: MONTHLY: $870 per month Before moving in you will pay one month rent and one month security deposit. Utilities will be split between housemates. We do background check.
House Rules Pay your rent on time. Keep bathroom and kitchen clean. Don’t use and take things that doesn’t belong to you. Good vibes only!
