Hello everyone! My name is Alan and I am looking for someone help me lease a two bedroom/ two bath apartment in Upper Kirby. The 1,300 sqft apartment is a corner lot, a HUGE balcony that wraps around with downtown and Galleria view. Located on the 7th floor of a 10 story building. If you like natural light then this is the place for you. Literally windows everywhere from ceiling to floors. Not only that, but the bedrooms have windows all the way around. If you like darkness, all windows have blinds. LOL Long entrance hallway with a gallery wall (no paintings or photos mounted yet).

Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and island counter top in the kitchen. Tons of cabinets for storage. I am a huge coffee person!

YOUR bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet with a shower (not bath tub). I have the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Very important to mention, bedrooms are far apart from each other. You’ll have privacy compared to apartments that their bedrooms share the same walls.

The apartment is fully furnished minus the available room. You’ll have to bring your own room furniture. I’ve been here for a year now. I love the location and the apartment. My current roommate is moving out with his girlfriend, and thats why im here looking for someone to share this with. Looking to lease at least another year or maybe 15 month lease.
