Hello everyone! I have a spare room with a loft available for rent in my home for a female roommate only. The room is available as of Oct 1st, 2021. The room is a private room, will also have a loft area that is included with the room and will be completely yours.
I am 40 years old and live in the house with my 15 year old daughter. She’s amazing, respectful and gets along with just about anyone. The house dynamic is super relaxed and laid back.
This room is perfect for a female student or professional that is laid back, driven, organized/clean and respectful of others.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there are private walking trails plus the location is 1 min from shopping centers, restaurants & is literally in the middle of everything. It is within 30 minutes of anywhere in San Antonio and 15 minutes from the airport. Lots of places are even walking distance from the house.
I do have a dog and she’s super sweet, cuddly and well trained. So no other pets are allowed and you would of course need to be an animal lover.
I work from home Monday thru Friday in a private quit area of the house, and I do go to sleep at a moderate time since my daughter has high school during the week.
Rent is $800/month and a deposit of $800is also required. There will be a background check as well. I am flexible with the lease term. We split bills three ways and they are CPS, water, and wifi.

About the roomies
As mentioned in about section it is me and my 15 year old daughter in a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 2-story house. Oh and my small dog Sadie :)
