Christina's room

This is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment complex located in the heart of a residential pocket of Venice. The room we are renting has a shared bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. We have a front yard area and are within walking distance of Rose Avenue and Abbot Kinney.

I’m 26 years old born and raised in Venice. I currently live in the neighborhood and work as an Executive Assistant/Project manager for a non-profit company in the music industry. Due to covid we are 100% working from home right now and for the near future. Typically I wake up early most mornings and try to surf, I love to cook and like to be active outdoors as well. I’m considerate and very clean, I really value having good communication with a potential roommate and want someone who feels the same way about that. I have no pets and I’m not a smoker. My roommate Connor is a 26-year-old Los Angeles native working in the ever-growing tech industry. He is clean, polite, respectful, and loves to cook. He is a former bartender so is very familiar with good restaurants in the area, especially if you’re new to the city. We are looking for a roommate that’s just as clean and respectful as we are, and at the same time, outgoing and fun to talk to.
