Currently looking for 3 other people to rent a renovated 4 bedroom apartment for August 2022- August 2023 (lease can be extended).

Rent is $656.25 a month and utilities are included. Internet is $20 a month.

Security deposit is one months rent and is due by move in date.

Rooms 1, 2, and 3 are available. They are quite spacious and can fit a full sized bed, desk, night stand, TV, and a sitting chair. Room 3 has a large window that let’s in beautiful sunlight

There is a female cat in the apartment. She is very chill and loves to cuddle with other people.

The place is really nice and spacious with granite counter tops, updated kitchen appliances, tile flooring, a large bathroom with 2 toilets, carpeted bedrooms, and lots of storage space.

Parking is available for an additional fee

Ages 19-27 prefered, but anyone is welcome. Must be lgbtq+ friendly.
