Looking for one roommate to join me, Abby and Hank (a Bassett Hound) in a recently built townhome. The townhome is a 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath.

The shared living space downstairs is fully furnished with a comfortable couch and 65’’ TV mounted on the wall (Great for movie nights!) Big kitchen with newer appliances, perfect for cooking at home. The house stays very clean and I’d like to have a roommate that share the same values.

Located less than 4 miles from old town, and 2 miles from I-25. I am about one block from a 40 acre open space and just a couple minute walk from the pool which you can access all summer with the pool key fab.

Would like to have a one year lease set up. For the past two years, we’ve split utilities three ways and intend to keep it that way. It ends up being around $85 a person for Xcel, internet, and foco utilities. $700 deposit up front.

Hi, my name is Becca. I am 31 years old and work a full time job at a motorcycle dealership Tuesday through Saturday. I’m super laid back but also like to keep the house very tidy. On my days off I’m usually at home but can go out occasionally. The other tenant is Abby and her dog Hank. She recently started her nursing career and is currently working nights, 3 days a week. Hank likes to be the center of attention so we recommend you love dogs!
