It is centrally located : 10 minutes South is Midtown, 10 minutes East is Arden Shopping Mall, 15 minutes South East is Sacramento State University, and 10 minutes North is the big Natomas shopping area. House is right next to safe greenway bike path. There is a laundry room in the house, and a lovely garden in the back where we enjoy sipping a little wine in the evenings and talking about the guys we are currently dating. There is a orange and lemon tree and a space for you to garden if your interested. There is a large kitchen for all your cooking needs. House has central heating and air, dishwasher, a rumba, whole house water softener and filtered drinking water. There is plenty of street parking for friends to come and visit. Cost of electric and gas will be shared equally. Water, sewer, garbage, and internet are included. The lease is 3 months then month to month. Absolutely NO SMOKING or DRUGS!

My home is all about ambitious, positive, career driven female energy. So please only female inquires, inquires by males or families will be ignored. I’m an artistic professional. Keep a clean house. I enjoy having friends over on occasion, but not a big partier. Hate drama, I am all about good positive productive energy. I went to Burning Man like 8 times, but stopped going because it became too much about the drugs and cliques and not enough about the art. I’m pretty laid back, but a roommate has to clean up after themselves. I work 2 jobs, one of them I create consigned art from home. My other job I work with developmentally disabled people. I have one other roommate named Tiffany, who is about to move into the larger room and who works for fish and wildlife, and I am looking for the third female for the smaller more economical bedroom, who can bring the right type of energy, who has a drive for success in whatever they do. There is 1 indoor kitten named Gigi. Sorry, but I can’t except any other pets, I’ve had too many issues with roommates pets destroying furniture in the past.
