The management for the building are some of the nicest and helpful people I have ever interacted with. Maintenance requests are attended to within a day. They also plan pretty fun resident events throughout the week. Last week we got to go to Howl at the Moon with no cover charge and a couple of $1 drink tickets! In addition to this, there are also gym classes that the residents get to go to for free. Some of the classes are yoga and bootcamp. The gym is located on the 5th floor and also has fitness on demand. There is a pool and a hot tub with a sweet view of downtown Denver! There is a rooftop patio on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the city and the mountains!

The rent includes valet trash so Sunday night through Thursday night, you leave trash in a bin they provide outside your door (including recycling) between 6 and 8pm and they will collect it from your door. Garage parking is available for 75/month. Wifi is 25/month. Xcel usually comes to 70/month for 2 roommates so you’ll be paying half of that. Washer and dryer are in the unit and are pretty new machines! The kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher and a beautiful white granite kitchen island.

Each tenant has her own room and bathroom with a walk-in closet. The bedrooms have carpet but the living room and the kitchen have vinyl wood flooring. The living room is fully furnished, only the bedroom will require furniture. The bathroom also has vinyl wood floors and a big tub. This is such a wonderful place to call home!

We are 1 block from Frozen Matter, Las Delicious, Fluid Coffee, a liquor store, Tap XIV, a yoga studio, a acupuncture clinic, State Farm, Urban Dogg, a pharmacy, a couple of Italian restaurants, a salon and a park. A 3 minute drive will get you to Safeway, UPS, Wings Stop and Union Station. Downtown is less than a 5 minute drive so taking an uber for a fun night out is super convenient and cheap!
