It’s a spacious 2br 1100sq ft. Apt with both rooms on the other side, not adjacent to eachother for privacy. Right next to the I-10 for easy travels and complexes across the street like Walgreens, gym, circle k etc. It’s 2nd story for extra security with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling.

I typically just stay in my room, work, play video games, or watch Netflix so I’m not a nuisance. I can cook pretty delicious meals, too. I’m quiet and polite and never have parties or friends over to keep it a peaceful environment and ask the same. I also have a little kitten that roams the living room but he is no hassle. I had someone move in recently but unfortunately she cannot sign the lease because of bad credit, so make sure you have good credit and make 2.5x the base rent which is $1563.71 a month. 850 will cover that half plus internet and SRP but SRP fluctuates depending on the season. I also use Flex pay, which splits the rent, so you can either pay 850 on the 1st or on the 16th, which ever is easiest.
