Carissa's room

The house is off of Nord but is on a property with four houses and is tucked in the back. Super private and quiet. Its a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with washer and dryer and central ac and heating. The only thing it doesn’t have is a dishwasher but that’s not too bad. Super cute house with lots of potential. Fenced backyard and front yard. Could definitely have a little garden space if you want :) You would need to do an application with my landlord and prove income (he is very nice and laidback). There is space for a few cars so we don’t have to park on the street. Landlord pays water and garbage so we are in charge of internet and pge. My roommate that is moving out will Be taking some stuff from the common areas so there may be room if you have any furniture :) rooms are nothing crazy in size but they can fit a queen bed, dresser and desk easily.

Probably no other animals allowed as my dog doesn’t do great with cats or like dogs his size or bigger. MUST be dog friendly. I have a 7 year old dog named Diesel who is relatively mellow and doesn’t require much. But he can be weird around new people especially if they are not dog people. He pretty much just lays on the couch all day but will bark at people walking by or driving up our driveway (but like I said its tucked in the back and is pretty quiet). Once he has met you a few times he is a total love bug. Just need someone who is a dog person who won’t mind him occasionally wanting to hangout in your room with you when you’re home.

Hi, I have two rooms that will be available around Nov 1st. Things about me: I’m 28 (and would prefer female roommates between 26-32) I attend butte part time Trying to get into nursing school I work as a caregiver(normally A.M shift 645-3) and also do grocery deliveries. Definitely a homebody Enjoy going to bed at a normal time lol definitely not a night owl I love nature I enjoy baking, cooking, attempting arts n crafts, going to the gym, a good glass of wine & watching murder mysteries

What I’m looking for in a roommate: Pays bills on time Female between ages of 26-32 (obviously there’s wiggle room there) Just looking for someone who is respectful and clean Maybe who would like to hangout on occasion but not a requirement lol No parties at the house And preferably no cigarettes Alcohol is fine (just no partying / being belligerent) Marijuana is fine if you smoke on the front porch or in the backyard :)
