The four bedroom two bathroom unit is currently shared with only one other roommate. The bedroom comes with a bed and mattress, desk, two dressers, and an armoire closet. Lease is through July 31st 2021. Dogs and cats are allowed. The building is located above the Curtis Hotel and rent is $902, utilities, cable, and wifi are included in the rent. You will have access to a rooftop pool and grill area, study rooms for students, and 6am-2am gym with cardio and weight machines.
