Room to rent near near Walnut Hill Ln. and Webb Chapel Rd. in North West Dallas. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. You would park on the street along with one other roommate. The bus line one block away and the DART Walnut Hill Station is just one mile away. You must be a non-smoker, not even outside of the house. N o drugs and no pets please. All roommates are fully vaccinated, and you must be also and provide proof that you are vaccinated due to one roommate is a healthcare professional. You will have full access to all common areas of the house including the washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and the pool. The bedroom is fully furnished and the bathroom that you would use will be shared by other roommate. Rent is $800 per month with a $400 deposit includes all utilities including cable and internet. Proof of employment is required. We have a very calm and relaxed environment here and want you to fill at home where you can be yourself. Looking forward to meeting you.

Three professional males, one works from home. Age range 30 to 50. All easy going and friendly, we are all kind of like a family. We like to cook and have dinner and grill out on the weekends by the pool and just enjoy each others company.
