Hey guys! I’m subleasing my room starting in February or March of 2022 in a dreamy four bedroom one bath apartment in Bed-Stuy. My room is pretty large and can easily fit a full/queen bed, large dresser, small couch, whatever your heart desires….It has a small closet and window. If you’re interested in purchasing my dresser or any of my furniture at a discounted rate, let me know! My room is also located away from the other bedrooms, no wall sharing…just vibes. The extra bedroom is a loft space that we’ve converted into a movie room. There’s a huge living room with high ceilings and a makeshift patio on the fire escape.

Your potential roommates are two queer creatives with that enjoy a nice chat, drink, or hangout session from time to time. One works from home and the other commutes to work Monday - Friday. Both are reliable with rent/utilities and are clean.

I’m looking for someone reliable and is able to pay rent on time every month. This is why I require the security deposit one month in advance. A roommate and/or landlord reference is not mandatory but preferred.
