About the room
I only work down the street from 9-5. I travel for work sometimes. I plan on furnishing the common area and kitchen but you have total reign over your personal bedroom and bathroom.
The building is pet friendly however I am allergic to dander. Cats and dogs that are hyper-allergenic and that I have met are acceptable.
I am 26 years old, a Leo, Clean & Organized, Single, in Marketing, Liberal, Like to watch Netflix, Go to the gym, and love to cook. I do not drink or smoke, I prefer that you do not drink, I do not want a roommate who smokes.
Cleaning rules - pick up after yourself, clean after use, keep up with things, every other week switch between the two of us on deeper cleaning (bathroom/kitchen).
Boyfriends/Family Over - You need to let me know at least a few days in advance, situational based. No one can stay for longer than 2 days in a row, unless it’s family or a boyfriend and we agree that they can come stay for vacation purposes.
Parties - We will not be having any except for maybe friends over for dinner or game/movie night. All situational based and agreed upon by both of us.
