This lease expires July 31st 2018. Unless of course you like the place and would like to renew for another year then it wouldnt be problem. This would most likely fit those looking for a short term place to stay. This is an all girls apartment so I would preferably need a female. The rent is $759 including parking or just $719 if you do not have a car. There is also about $8 monthly in regards utilities but that is about it. They offer house cleaning services once a month, and trash valet service as well. The neighborhood is very safe (in my own opinion) as I’ve been living here for a while and nothing has happened to threaten my peace and safety. It is pretty close to downtown and midtown as well. Also close to schools such as UH, TSU and some others. The room is private and it has its own private bathroom, and a walk in closet space as well. It is basically fully furnished and all you have to do is move in. There is valet trash service, as well as cleaning services once a month. The good part is you get to keep this amount especially if you renew with them as opposed to dealing with price hikes. No pets, no smoking and the likes at least not on the premises. The current occupants are all students attending the University of Houston which is right across. Lovely people and very respectful of each other. There’s parking on the street, but there’s also a parking garage which if you need it will have to pay for. In terms of a security deposit it will depend on you or your guarantor’s credit score if its above 600 chances are you would not have to pay a security deposit but anything lower than that might incur a security deposit.
