Looking for someone to rent the master bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in closet and direct access to the balcony. The apartment is 2 bed, 2 full bath with a large living area that includes a fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, plus I’ve already furnished the common areas.

The apartment complex has a pool, gym, parking garage, key fob entrances, package room, and is currently undergoing improvement renovations. The building is only a couple blocks from downtown Stamford and is situated off any main roads.

I currently live in the apartment. My roommate is moving but I’d love to stay because the price, location, and quality are all really great.

I’m a 27 year old marketing professional. I’m a very tidy person and would like a roommate who also prefers a calm and clean living space. I love to watch tv/movies, have an occasional glass of wine, go out around town, or just relax with a book.
