It is Located right near I-270 making it also extremely accessible for commuting!

5 minutes: nearby shopping centers with ALDI, LIDL, Giant, & food restaurants 15 minutes: Rio, Downtown Crown, & Germantown shopping centers 10 minutes: Montgomery college Germantown 20 minutes: The Universities at Shady Grove You will share this home with 3 other young, respectful professionals with access to the shared living spaces (living/dining room, kitchen, and deck furnished). Utilities are not included (split 4 ways between roomies) and no pets are allowed. Street parking is available in the community (no dedicated space). Background/credit check are required with application and will do a phone screening prior.
