This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in the Spring Branch area. Close to Memorial City Mall and Memorial Park. Access to I-10 within 10 minutes. H‑E‑B, Costco, Kroger, Marshall’s are less than 10 minutes away.

I have a room available for rent in March of 2024. There is a walk in closet and the room is large enough for a queen size bed. The room has their own lock on the door to the bathroom even though it’s shared. One garage parking space is available and utilities are included (gas, electric, water, internet). Must know how to do a 3/4 turn into garage.

My roommate (30F) and I (38F) are work professionals who occasionally work from home and usually keep to ourselves. I enjoy going to the gym, cook, and travel. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and looking for someone who values the importance of cleanliness, responsibility and respectful to shared spaces.
