Nice 3 bdrm 1.5 bath apartment available 12/1/2021. One bedroom is taken by me. Two other bedrooms available. Each bedroom is: $475/mo + $125/mo utilities. Deposit is $425 TOTAL MOVE IN: $1025

Total before move in is $1025. No Couples No Pets No Smoking Indoors

1. Non Refundable $95.00 Application Fee pay for each adult (18 yr or older).
2. 1 person per bedroom maximum.
3. Driver Licenses and most current month of pay stubs must be emailed to us within 24 hours or application will be deferred (placed on hold) and after 14 Days will be completely cancelled. 4.Gross Monthly Income must be at least twice the rent.
4. We don’t accept applications with more than one Eviction/Broken Lease; if that is the case Last Month’s Rent Required. Not accepted if eviction or broken lease is in the last 12 months.
5. No Felony Arrests within last 6 Years.
