The apartment is modern and fully up to date with vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows in the main area. The floors are wood in the common area and bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms and closets. The apartment has a South facing patio with views of the mountains. There is heating and air conditioning, in unit washer and dryer, full dishwasher, with all appliances being stainless steel.

The complex has many advantages. There is a full gym area that has many styles of equipment and exercise machines. There is a study room with free wifi, internet and printing. Uniquely, there is a dog spa and storage areas that are also available. The common area provides free access to a billiards table and shuffle board with a well stocked coffee machine and large TV with cable for viewing sporting events. There are two large patio areas that have several BBQs and gas fire pits surrounded by furniture. The location is directly off the light rail and bus station, providing perfect access to the city and surrounding areas.

I as a roommate am quite calm and ordinary. I love to cook and meal prep over the weekend, in between meeting up with friends and family. I am seeking a happy household that is drama free. I work M-F 8-430 normally and enjoy a social network throughout the city.
