I hope this posting finds you well - I am renting out my second bedroom in my lovely Hancock Park/Larchmont Village apartment. You’d get your own unfurnished bedroom and HUGE private bathroom (I love the deep bathtub - it’s amazing). The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so plenty of privacy. Washer and dryer in unit, all new appliances including a dishwasher and central A/C. There’s a really sizable balcony that wraps around both bedroom windows and living room - it really adds square footage to the space. Walking distance to everything charming Larchmont has to offer - restaurants, farmers market, boutiques, yoga and cycling studios, cute cafes etc. If you don’t know this neighborhood it’s between the hollywood hills and Hancock Park (one of the nicest areas of the city) and it’s an adorable little village. Very tasteful, charming and bustling with young professionals. Right next to the Paramount Pictures Lots.

About Me: I’m a 33 year old professional female. I work in the music business and it keeps me mighty busy. I keep the house very clean, but I’m not insane about it. When I’m home I like to keep it low key, and a lot of the time I’m out at shows for work or seeing friends.

The unit is animal friendly for a small pent rent and I would love it if you have a pet - I don’t have one at the moment.

Deposit is $1,040.00. The rent is $1,675.00 per month, I’ll cover required building fees ($65/month), other utilities are standard. The building has to approve your credit and income. I’d like to have someone who plans to stay for a while but I can make an exception for the right person.

About The Building: I can send you the official site with all the info if you’d like. Top floor, courtyard views of palm trees. There’s a beautiful roof deck directly above our balcony with a fire pit and hot tub, grill, dining space and ample lounge chairs. Its exceptionally quiet, it’s a calm and well maintained space. There are two theater/screening rooms, one is outdoors on the roof and one in the main building. There’s double gated parking in the garage and additional parking for guests. There’s also a nice gym that I can attest exists but I’ve only stepped foot in once bc gyms really aren’t my happy place. They are also opening up a gourmet market/restaurant underneath the building which will be really hard on my wallet.

About you?: I’d like to live with someone close to my age range, that lives a healthy lifestyle and doesn’t work from home. I’ve always become really good friends with my roommates, and while that’s not required, it’s always a plus. If you’re freelance I totally understand I just ask that the house isn’t your primary office. I don’t work from home, I hope for the same in a roommate. I’m respectful and easy going and I bet you are too.
