Lifted 3-story home in the heart of West End Long Beach seeking a roommate to join our house. The house is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 1 of our male roommates is moving out so we are looking to fill his room with another tenant. There are two “living room” type shared spaces and a shared kitchen. Additionally, the house has 2 medium sized balconies and 1 smaller balcony off the third floor. The house also has 4 parking spots so most of the time you will have a parking spot available to you and there is also ample street parking in the area.

The rent is affordable for the area, and each month we split the utilities evenly five ways. The male tenant leaving is moving in approximately 1-2 months with a probable move-in date of 12/1. If interested, please message us your name, age, and a little bit about yourself and we will reply ASAP.

The other tenants in the house are 2 guys and 2 girls, all of us are working professionals in our mid-late twenties. We all love to go out and enjoy the beach, hanging out with friends, and walking around to the bars and restaurants in the area.
