I am offering a room for rent in my Bellflower home. This is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom. You would be living with two 27 year old females and one cat. We are both full time professionals. We are both friendly but also very introverted and tend to keep to ourselves.

I am looking for someone responsible with reliable income who will pay rent and bills on time. Being clean and respectful is a must. This is a 420 friendly environment so you must be 420 friendly as well. My room mate and I are both easy going and friendly so we’re looking for someone with a similar mindset. Please be drama free and kind. We don’t party much at the house but it’s not something I’m opposed to if its done within reason.

Rent is $800 and we split utilities evenly among the home. The bills we split evenly are: electricity, gas, WiFi and the gardener. We have a washer and dryer in our garage. The house also has a small backyard.

The room also has a walk in closet. This room does not come furnished so upon move in, the bedroom will be completely empty. The room will be available March 1st.
