Hello!

I am still looking for a female roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The room itself is quite large and you will have your own bathroom. Rent will be $850 not including utilities(water, trash, electric, and wifi). The apartment is fully furnished in all common areas however the room will be unfurnished. All the furniture in the living room, kitchen, and dining room are all brand new; I recently moved here from California. The complex is located 8 minutes from CSU and just minutes away from College where there are plenty of shopping options. The complex is located off Horsetooth and Shields. The complex also offers a jacuzzi/pool, small fitness center and an office/work space in the community area. The apartment has and in unit washer and dryer as well as a fireplace. Storage is also not an issue, there are several closets including a covered and inclosed storage closet on the patio.

I am looking for a female preferably between 20-28 who works outside of the house. I would like to live with someone who respects their space and cleans up after themself. I am open to considering pets, on a case by case basis. Looking for a single occupant, no couples or small families. Message me if you are interested or have any questions!

Recently moved here from California. I will be attending school online. When I’m not working I am usually out of the house doing something. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, kayaking or anything outdoors!
