I am a single female living alone with her 2 fur babies. I am renting a 3 bedroom home with a huge yard and I’m hardly ever home. I work 40+hours per week, go to church on Sundays, and after work I either go to the gym or an AA meeting(i have been sober almost 6 years). I can afford to live alone but I would like to save money to buy a home this year. I would like to find someone to share the house with that loves dogs, works full time, and doesn’t drink or do drugs. I don’t think the property manager will allow anymore pets. I am asking for a $250 dollar deposit which will bee returned as long add there is no damage yup the house and 30 day notice is given if you move out. Utilities are included in the rent. Smoke outside. I prefer to rent unfinished but I could buy furniture.
