The room is upstairs and is 14’ L x 11’ W x 8’ H with a 6’ x 2’ closet (approx. 166 sq.ft.). It has its own key so you may lock your door. You would be sharing a large restroom with individual sinks, an elongated toilet and a sprayer shower head.

The home is 3,000 sq.ft. 4 bed 2.5 bath with a finished basement, pool table, newer appliances including washer and dryer, new electrical panel with a 80kA home surge protector too, monitored security system, fireplace, fire pit, goldfish pond, basketball hoop, BIG yard, red apple and peach trees and friendly neighbors. I set up the house to be cozy and to have varying ambience allowing you to get away or come together. You’re welcome to be spread out in the dining area, relax/study by the fireplace, lounging on the couch, gaming it up in the basement, outside watching the fish in the pond or any combination of your choosing. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, bars, and entertainment (including a bowling alley and drive-in theater) and a huge park all 5 minutes away. Although the place is a little further from campus, I have no issues making my way there in about 15-17 minutes as there are plenty of fast paced routes to get there. There is a bus stop just down the block or if you bike, there are paths all around leading to campus.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. No couples. 6 month lease then month-to-month. Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. Off-street parking is guaranteed with space in the garage negotiable.

I’m a reasonable, responsible, respectful, and tidy person who is pretty decent with a wrench. I like to have fun whether it be outdoors (kayaking, camping, hiking, swimming, you name it) or indoors (tinkering, working on vehicles, just taking it easy). I’m looking for other motivated likeminded individuals to interact with while I go to school for mechanical engineering. If you are much more reserved, that’s okay too! Unfortunately my dog passed away after moving here, it’s currently just me in the home. I only intend on getting 1 other roommate so there isn’t too much commotion happening.
