House is only 7 months old. 1800 sq. ft. Nice, quiet neighborhood, I think at least 8 Police Officers reside in a very small subdivision. I’m easy going, work 8-5, and I’m seldom there anyway. I have a pretty active life, so I’m usually off at the tennis courts, gym, or library. I’ve had some confusion, the room is NOT furnished. If you do have a lot of stuff, I’m not exactly married to this couch I have, but I do like my kitchen set. Lots of storage available in the spare room. No smokers please!!! If you have a small car, there is a two car garage. Treat it like your own, be respectful of each other, clean up your own messes, yada, yada, yada.
