One of the safest complexes you could live in, gated at the front and the buildings are as well. This condo is what I consider to be one of the best in the community. As it’s on the first floor the patio opens right outside to the lake. Also to the parking lot is super close.

Just me here in the master. I just finished remodeling the entire condo so it’s brand new essentially. State of the art appliances and everything.

I’m a graduate out of FSU, federally licensed in the mortgage industry, and am looking for someone who has a decent level of maturity and is financially secure.
