Hey there!

This is a great house built in the late 1800’s and renovated many times to be caught up with modern standards! 2 stories, kitchen, laundry area in unit, small backyard/deck/ and porch, rent includes all amenities! This location is amazing, like 2 blocks from 7-11for late night snacks, like 3 blocks from downtown Mount Holly ( the end of High St) that has 2 pizza places, 2 brewery’s, 3 diners/brunch locations, a coffee place, ice cream place, and in walking distance of 2 bars if you are into that!

I do have a dog and 2 cats that have to like you too if it’s going to be a good match! Also, am in a loving relationship with a live-in girlfriend :) that may be something to consider! Am preferably looking for a clean female roommate that can respect each others stuff and each others personalities, of course. My past roommate was Active Duty Air Force and has been deployed with a follow-on base afterwards, so no worry of trying to come back (unfortunately). I am an Air Force Reserve/Full-time student at Rowan U/part time at Gamestop guy. Love all kinds of gaming, hanging, and talking. Hope we can be friends as well as roommates!
