Caleb's room

Single family 3 bdr 2 bath, 1,350 sq ft home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Centerville and .3 miles to Kroger. Hardwood and porcelain tile floors and large 6 ft fenced back yard. Room is unfurnished and 14 x 10 ft, full-private bathroom (shower/tub combo, single vanity) is attached. The third bedroom currently is utilized for limited workout equipment but could easily function as a home office. House is cleaned every two weeks by professional cleaners. House is 30 minutes to Wright State University and Wright-Patterson AFB. Length of rental availability is at least 8 months, I may continue to rent the room longer than June 2022 but it is not guaranteed at this time.

I’m a fully employed young professional. I live with my two dogs, a Border Collie (5 yrs old) and Australian Kelpie (6 yrs old). Both are very people friendly and get along well with some dogs. I’m looking for a full-time employed professional or full-time student who enjoys living with dogs. I’m willing to entertain a roommate with an additional dog, however, we will have to do pup meet and greets to see if it seems like a good fit and it will be an additional $50 a month.
