Looking for a vaccinated roommate! One bedroom/bathroom available in 2bed/2bath apartment, 1 year lease starting Oct 1st, $1150/month with utilities not included (water is included). There is central A/C and heating. Unfortunately, no pets allowed (in lease). Great landlord!! You would have your own private bathroom (not en-suite) and walk-in closet. We share living room and kitchen. You have a small balcony as well that is connected to the living room balcony. There is tandem parking, so you would have your own parking spot. The apartment is fully furnished (still looking for a dining table!) but your room is unfurnished. There is also a spin bike in the living room! The area is great, very walkable, with coffee shops/restaurants/bars, Target, CVS, Ralphs, Lassens, and Trader Joe’s all in walking distance.

I am a 25-year old working from home. I am pretty quiet and clean and would appreciate a quiet space, especially at night. I am fairly active and love exploring the city and am out in nature as much as possible :) I’m also vegan and love being in the kitchen! Looking for a roommate that is clean and will pick up after themselves, and not leave a mess everywhere they go. LGBTQ+ friendly!
